CONDITIONS WE TREAT
Sports injuries
From elite athletes to weekend warriors, our team has first-hand experience treating active people at every level.

WHAT IS IT?
Understanding neck & shoulder pain
1 in 3 Australians are injured playing sport every year. That is a significant number, given that exercise is meant to be good for us. While physical activity is genuinely beneficial for the body, it does sometimes cause injury, and there is no reason to push through those injuries or accept them as part of the deal.

Osteopathic care helps you get on top of sporting niggles that may be hindering your performance or stopping you from training altogether. Your osteopath will review the way your body moves, including any restrictions to your range of movement, speed, agility, flexibility, or strength that may be interfering with the demands of your chosen sport.
We place a strong emphasis on communication and education, so your osteopath will discuss your perceived sporting performance, any muscle weaknesses or injury concerns, and take the time to understand your injury history before building a plan.
