WHO IT HELPS
You might recognise this
Anyone recovering from an injury, managing a tendinopathy, or working through post-surgical rehabilitation. Physiotherapy is associated with improved outcomes for acute musculoskeletal injuries and structured recovery after surgery, with an emphasis on getting you back to the movements and goals that matter to you, not a generic exercise sheet you'll never keep up with.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first appointment
Your first session includes a thorough movement and functional assessment, along with an honest conversation about your goals and what's actually driving your presentation.
We'll skip the jargon and focus on finding a genuine, tangible change before you leave.
From there, your plan is built around your real routine. Programs stay realistic, usually one or two high-impact movements rather than an overwhelming list, so they're actually manageable.
WHAT IS IT?
Understanding physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a movement-based approach to assessing and managing injury, pain, and physical dysfunction. Our physiotherapist assesses how your body moves, loads, and recovers, then builds a rehabilitation plan around your actual goals rather than a standardised program. As a primary healthcare practitioner, she is AHPRA-registered and works with a range of ages and presentations.
HOW WE TREAT IT
Our approach
Treatment is collaborative and goal-focused. Depending on your presentation, your physiotherapist may use a combination of the techniques listed above, alongside active, progressive loading so any relief becomes lasting change rather than a passive fix.
