WHO IT HELPS

You might recognise this

Anyone experiencing pain, restricted movement, or recurring physical complaints that haven't resolved with other treatment. Osteopathy is effective for both acute injuries and long-standing chronic conditions. If something has been bothering you for years, that's still worth addressing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first appointment

Your first session includes a thorough history and physical assessment. We want to understand not just your symptoms but your full health picture.

From there, we'll give you an honest explanation of what's contributing and a clear plan forward. Most patients leave feeling genuinely heard for the first time.

WHAT IS IT?

Understanding osteopathy

Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to healthcare that treats the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. Our osteopaths use a thorough assessment process to identify the structural, neurological, and lifestyle factors driving your presentation, then build a treatment plan that addresses the actual cause. As primary healthcare practitioners, they are AHPRA-registered and work with patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults.

HOW WE TREAT IT

Our approach

Treatment is always individualised. Depending on your presentation, your osteopath may use a combination of the following techniques:
