You might recognise this

People with lymphoedema, lipoedema, post-surgical swelling following cancer treatment or other procedures, or any condition requiring specialist lymphatic management and compression therapy. DLT is also beneficial for people with chronic swelling that hasn't responded to standard treatment.

Your first appointment

Your first session includes a detailed assessment of your lymphatic presentation, skin condition, and treatment history.

Melissa will explain the full DLT program and what to expect at each stage. Compression garment measurement and fitting can be arranged as part of your care.

Understanding decongestive lymphatic therapy

Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT) is a specialist treatment for lymphoedema and related conditions. Melissa Doran is trained in both Manual Lymphatic Drainage and complete decongestive therapy, including compression garment fitting.

DLT combines skin care, manual drainage, compression bandaging, and exercise to reduce swelling and improve the quality of life for people managing lymphatic conditions long-term.
