Perrin Technique
Specialist lymphatic drainage technique for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and long COVID.

The Perrin Technique is a manual therapy approach developed by Dr Raymond Perrin, based on the theory that chronic fatigue syndrome and related conditions involve a dysfunction of the lymphatic drainage of the central nervous system.
Dr Kirsty Greenwood is one of a small number of registered Perrin Technique practitioners in Australia. Treatment involves specific lymphatic drainage, spinal massage, and cranial techniques to improve drainage and reduce symptom burden over time.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first appointment
Initial sessions focus on assessment and gentle treatment to begin improving lymphatic drainage. Most people require a course of regular sessions over several months.
Kirsty will give you a clear explanation of the theory behind the technique and realistic expectations for your recovery timeline.
HOW IT WORKS
The Perrin program
The Perrin Technique requires a committed course of treatment to be effective. At Whole Health, we run Perrin as a 12-week term program. This structure exists because the technique works cumulatively, and consistent treatment over time produces significantly better outcomes than sporadic sessions.
We understand that a 12-week commitment is an investment, which is why we offer payment plans of up to 24 weeks, spreading the cost without compromising the treatment schedule.
If you're unsure whether the Perrin Technique is right for your presentation, Kirsty is always happy to have an initial conversation before you commit to a program.
