Your first appointment
Your first session includes a movement screening and goal-setting conversation. Your practitioner will design a program that progresses at the right pace for your presentation -- challenging enough to drive change, manageable enough to stay consistent. Sessions are supported by our osteopaths, physiotherapists, and allied health assistants throughout your rehabilitation journey.
