If you want to try something new, then this exercise alphabet may give you some ideas may even help provide the following health benefits:
Aerobics: Increases size and strength of the heart, reduces resting heart rate and reduces risk of heart disease
Badminton: Improves balance and co-ordination and can boost upper body strength, core stability and stamina.
Cycling: Helps you lose weight, reduces stress and improves overall fitness. Is also a low impact activity, so good for your joints.
Dancing: Improves condition of the heart and lungs and increases muscular strength, endurance and fitness
Exercise classes: Regular exercise can help you live longer and reduces the chances of developing serious diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.
Football: Increases aerobic capacity and improves cardiovascular health.
Golf: Develops fitness by improving muscle tone and endurance and can help you lose weight and body fat.

Hiking: Builds strength in the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and the muscles in the hips and lower legs and strengthens the core.
Ice skating: Easy on the joints because it’s low impact, and improves balance and coordination.
Jogging: Stress release and helps reduce body fat levels.
