Eww — lower back pain!

I don’t know about you, but I have certainly suffered from lower back pain… it’s the pits! We are not alone. Low back pain is very common and usually not serious. It affects about 1 in 6 Australians every year.

Low back pain is extremely common and often debilitating. It is often caused by a simple strain of muscles or sprain in the joints of the back, and it usually strikes at a time when we are more vulnerable - for example when we are run down, tired, stressed, tense, sad, inactive or overactive.

Our increasingly sedentary lifestyle can also lead to poor posture and musculoskeletal problems, which may result in lower back pain.

At Whole Health Osteo we regularly treat and manage lower back pain — don’t put up with it, there are always answers and management tools and, hopefully, improvements to be had!

If lower back pain has been getting in the way of enjoying life, it might be time to visit the osteo!
